Herbal cannabis with an estimated street value of £20,000 was found following a police operation in the Aberdeen.
The operation took place around the Guild Street and as a result a 35-year-old man from Aberdeen has been charged in possession of the drugs.
It is anticipated the man will appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court at a later date.
Detective Constable Johnny Campbell said: “The recovery was made as a result of a routine stop and search following the arrival of a train from the Edinburgh area.
“We will continue to target those intent on supplying illegal drugs. We rely on the support of the public to do this and continue to urge anyone with information to contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 to remain anonymous.”
