A man has been injured in a jet ski accident in Stonehaven this afternoon.
The emergency services were called to the harbour of the coastal Aberdeenshire town at 1.45pm, after reports a man had been hurt while on a jet ski.
A spokesman for the coast guard said the man was safely taken to dry land by a fellow jet ski rider.
Ambulance teams are currently treating the man, who is understood to have hurt his leg.
The extent of his injuries are currently unknown.
The RNLI team at Stonehaven were also called to assist.
