A north-east man and woman have been charged after heroin and cocaine worth more than £2,000 was recovered in Aberdeen.
Officers followed up on intelligence at the weekend and executed a search warrant on Farquhar Road.
Following this a 44-year-old man and a 49-year-old woman were charged and are expected to appear in Aberdeen Sheriff Court at a later date.
Police Constable Daniel Connolly said he was “grateful” for the support from members of the public.
He said: “We are committed to tackling the illegal supply of drugs to our communities.
“We are grateful for the support we receive from members of the public and continue to urge anyone with information or concerns to report this to police on 101 or Crimestoppers to remain anonymous.”
