Officers working with the National Crime Agency say the 22-year-old was allegedly involved in illegally importing and supplying Class A drugs. They seized 45kg (7 stones) of MDMA, or ecstasy, with an estimated street value of £1 million. Detective Chief Inspector Graeme Naysmith said inquiries are ongoing into the “intelligence-led operation.” A case has been referred to the Procurator Fiscal.
