Two men have been released on bail after being charged following the discovery of more than £1million pounds worth of ecstasy in the city.
Officers allegedly seized the MDMA from a property in the Rosemount area of Aberdeen on Friday, December 21.
Officers said the haul of Class A drugs weighed 45kg – which is seven stone.
Connor Holmes, 22, and 26-year-old Scott Roddie are facing five charges of supplying drugs and three charges under the Customs and Excise Management Act.
The pair, both of whom are from Aberdeen, appeared in private at Aberdeen Sheriff Court last week and were remanded in custody after entering no plea.
They were released on bail when they returned to the city court on Hogmanay, and their next appearance is yet to be determined.
