The vehicles collided at the junction between Holburn Street and Gray Street, under the Deeside Way cycle path, just after 4.30pm.
A silver vehicle appeared to have struck a lamppost and landed on its roof, while a blue Mini can be seen in the middle of the junction with damage to its bonnet.
Holburn Street has been shut between Gray Street and Holburn Road while officers attend the scene.
A police spokesman said: “It’s not believed that there are any serious injuries.”
Police Scotland would like to advise motorists that the roundabout at the junction of Holburn Street and Holburn Road is closed due to a Road Traffic Collision. Diversions are in place and the public are asked to avoid the area if possible and thanked for their patience.
