Dillion Davidson is said to have caused fear and alarm to the woman in question between November 18 and December 13 last year. The 22-year-old is aid to have entered her home in Ellon uninvited, shouted at and argued with her and seized her by the throat. He is also alleged to have messaged the woman and her mother uttering threats of violence. The case of Davidson, of Balnagask Crescent in Aberdeen, called at Aberdeen Sheriff Court yesterday where he denied the charge against him. He will return to court next month.
