UPDATE 7.34pm: The blaze is now extinguished but fire crews remain at the scene. The incident is ongoing at a residential property on Richmond Street. The call came in at 5.45pm. There are four appliances and a height vehicle at the scene, with 21 firefighters battling to get the blaze under control. A police spokesman said: “The block of flats have been evacuated while fire crews tackle the blaze. “It is believed that no one is injured.” Closed roads Police have closed a number of roads whilst fire crews attend the fire.
