Firefighters are currently working to free one of the drivers involved in a crash in Aberdeen. Police, fire and ambulance services are currently in attendance at the three-vehicle collision. The crash took place near the Atholl Hotel on Kings Gate, near the junction to Oakhill Crescent. Three people have been safely released from their vehicles, but one person is still trapped. A fire spokesman said: “We are currently in attendance at a three-vehicle crash on Kings Gate in Aberdeen. “We received the call at 4.30pm and are currently working to release a driver.” A police spokeswoman added that officers were “still dealing” with the incident and arrangements had been made to have the cars removed from the road. The extent of the injuries involved are not yet known. A blue Peugeot 108 and a white Mitsubishi Outlander were two of the vehicles involved. More to follow.
