Emergency services were called to the A950, between New Pitsligo and Mintlaw, shortly after 1.20pm. Three appliances are at the scene with firefighters from Fraserburgh and Maud cutting the driver from the tanker. A heavy rescue unit from Aberdeen, police and ambulance crews remain at the scene. It is understood that one man has been taken to hospital. The extent of his injuries are not known.
