The incident, involving a red Kia Soul and white SEAT Ibiza, took place on Powis Terrace at around 6.30am. A police spokesman said: “We received the call at 6.34am from a member of the public. “We were told one person was trapped inside their car, however when units arrived at the scene everyone was out of their vehicles. “There are no reported major injuries. “The road is now clear.”
