Marin Rachev made no plea when he appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court earlier. Three people died and four were seriously injured in the crash at Glenbervie on the Dundee-Aberdeen A90 road on Tuesday afternoon. A red Renault Megane – which Rachev was driving – a Ford B Max and a CityLink coach were involved in the collision. The two men and a woman who were killed in the crash were passengers in the Megane. It is understood they are all foreign nationals. Rachev has been remanded in custody pending a further hearing next week.
