The very best of the Blue Toon has been showcased at Holyrood.
Rediscover Peterhead, the company which manages the town’s business improvement district, was part of an event at the Scottish Parliament.
The cross-party group parliamentary reception was hosted by the communities and local government secretary Aileen Campbell on Tuesday night.
It was organised by Scotland’s Towns Partnership, the national body for Scotland’s towns and all those who work to support the country’s towns and city districts.
Peterhead-based Crafter brewers Brew Toon, Glendaveny Bears and Rora Dairy were among the north-east businesses with goods on show in Edinburgh.
Rediscover Peterhead chairman John Pascoe said it was an ideal place to highlight thriving businesses from the town and surrounding area.
He said: “The event was a great opportunity to showcase Peterhead and the work we’re doing locally to create more opportunities for business and local people.
“It’s important that we continue to talk to decision-makers about the types of changes we need to see to ensure small towns like ours continue to thrive – but we will continue to do what we can to help.
“Local businesses in Peterhead excelled themselves by offering product for us to showcase at the exhibition, and we would like to thank them.”
