A 48-year-old man, who was believed to be the father of the bride, was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary with a head injury late on Saturday night. He is being treated for serious injuries. The incident occurred at the Marriott Hotel in Dyce. Sergeant Rory Campbell said: “We are grateful to those who have assisted us with our enquiries so far.” It is anticipated that the 27-year-old man will appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Tuesday, April 9.
