A 19-year-old has been charged in connection with a north-east crash.
Police, fire and ambulance crews were called to the scene on the A93 near Aboyne at 9.20pm last night.
A fire spokeswoman said two appliances from Aboyne and Ballater were sent and “made the scene safe”.
The incident involved two cars, with one landing on its roof.
Two ambulances were sent and took two people to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. Another two were also checked at the scene.
Police have confirmed one teenager has been charged and a report will be sent to the procurator fiscal. He is expected to appear in court at a later date.
