Lifeboat staff from Fraserburgh and Banff have been sent to recover someone on a broken-down jet ski. Meanwhile teams were called to a broken down vessel, also off the coast of Fraserburgh, which was taking on water. It is not being towed back to shore by another vessel. It is not thought anyone has been injured.
