Leslie Elphinstone has been reported missing in from his home in the Constitution Street area of the city. He was last seen two days ago on Monday. A police statement has described Leslie as “being around 5ft 7 inches tall, of a medium build, with brown, greying hair and brown eyes.” Anyone with information is asked to contact police as soon as possible on 101 quoting reference 2704 of May 6.
