Police were called to the Lang Stracht, near Rousay Drive, at 5.18pm today. A spokesman said: “A car appears to have struck a set of traffic lights at the junction to Rousay Drive, near Tesco. “Police came across the incident while on patrol. “We are still on the scene.” More to follow.
