More than 1,200 people were left without power in Aberdeenshire this morning.
Properties in Stonehaven and Banchory are among those affected by outages.
SSE reported two faults in Aberdeenshire in the AB32 and AB39 areas.
Both have now been fixed.
An SSE spokeswoman said: “We’d like to sincerely apologise to our customers for any inconvenience caused by this morning’s faults in Stonehaven and the Banchory areas, and thank them for their patience as our engineers worked to safely restore power as quickly as possible.”
The Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership warned GPs in Stonehaven were among those affected.
Doctors were left unable to access IT systems but would continue to see patients for routine appointments, a spokeswoman said.
