Forbidden Planet on Schoolhill will shut its doors for the final time on June 9. The shop also sells toys, collectables and merchandise for a range of movies and television shows. In a statement the store said: “We’d like to thank our loyal customers for their support over the last 18 years. “We’re heartbroken over this situation, please be sure to come past and say ‘hi’ before the doors finally close.” The shop has discounted all of its items by 75% as part of its closing down sale.
