More than 180 north-east and Scottish food and drink producers have been booked for Scotland’s largest one-day food festival.
But it is not just food and drink that is on the menu for the 12,000 guests expected to visit the Thainstone Centre.
Professional street entertainers and live music from a local pipe band will also be on hand to add to the fun.
Included in the line-up is Chris Cross, a magician and entertainer, who has performed for a vast array of famous and notable people, including the Duke of Rothesay and the Arctic Monkeys.
Lossiemouth singer-songwriter Stewart McLeod will also be performing while the crowds tuck into tasty dishes.
Other outdoor attractions include a funfair and stalls, an educational marquee and a chance to meet calves, ducks and chickens.
There is even an exercise bike-powered smoothie maker.
There will also be demonstrations from names such as Celebrity MasterChef finalist Spencer Matthews and Gary Maclean, who won the professionals show in 2016.
Also on hand will be Colin Slessor, whose auctioneering skills were showcased on BBC programme The Mart. He will be battling it out with chef Sandy Greig in a cookery duel.
Elsewhere, several inspiring local chefs will showcase their skills and share expert tips.
The Kilted Chef from Eat on the Green, Ross Cochrane from the Rothesay Rooms and Kevin Dalgleish from the Chester Hotel are on the bill.
A series of masterclasses will be held by butcher John Davidson, who will cover topics including how to cut meat and cooking with a barbecue.
Several wine and gin masterclasses and a number of beer tastings are also on the agenda to round out the culinary attractions.
