A Granite City charity’s third annual Culture Crawl has just a small number of spaces left.
Every year, Maggie’s Aberdeen creates a new route exploring some of the city’s most iconic landmarks.
Following the format of previous years, the route and locations will remain a closely-guarded secret until the event.
At each venue along the way, participants will be treated to a series of cultural performances, live music, and local food and drink offerings.
The 2019 culture crawl has already achieved last year’s total number of sign-ups with 577 walkers committed to being involved.
There are limited spots available for anybody who is still interested in taking part.
The walkers will start at Aberdeen Beach Leisure Centre on June 21, and walk 10 miles around the city in aid of the cancer support charity.
Paula Cormack, centre fundraising manager for Maggie’s Aberdeen, said: “Following the accomplishment of last year’s walk which raised an incredible £115,000, we are excited to see what this year brings.
“As we are almost reaching capacity for the number of walkers, anyone who is interested in taking part should sign up as soon as possible to secure their spot.”
