A man has been charged in connection with a string of robberies in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.
Police believe the 37-year-old was responsible for a £1,000 raid on a rural home near Drumoak on June 8, when more than £1,000 of jewellery, clothing and electrical items was taken.
The man has also been charged in relation to several other thefts, both in that area and in the city last month.
Detective Constable Ryan Anderson said: “It is incredibly distressing to have your personal property stolen and any reports to us will be thoroughly investigated.
“We are grateful to the community for its support and members of the public who assisted us while inquiries were carried out.
“If you see anything suspicious or unusual in your neighbourhood please report it to police as soon as possible with as much information as you can – including any descriptions of people or vehicles.”
