Diversions are in place after a two car crash on an Aberdeenshire road earlier this morning.
The two vehicles collided on the A944 between Dunnecht and Sauchen- making one flip onto its roof.
Emergency services were called to the scene at around 9.10am.
Two people have been taken to hospital by ambulance but their injuries have been described as “non life-threatening”.
A police spokeswoman said: “The road has been blocked both ways. We are currently awaiting vehicle recovery.
“Two people have been transfered to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. Their injuries are not life threatening.”
One of the cars was a blue Mini but it is still unclear what the other was.
A fire service spokeswoman said two appliances were sent to “make the scene safe”.
Bus firm Stagecoach have tweeted: “Due to an RTA on the A944 between Sauchen & Dunecht the 218 service is subject to delays and diversion, Aberdeen bound 218 services will divert from Sauchen to Cluny then use the Castle Fraser road towards Dunecht and rejoin normal route at the B977”
