A north-east charity which supports blind and deaf people will hold a special concert in Aberdeen.
North East Sensory Services (Ness) is the first service of its kind in Scotland, delivering much-needed information, equipment and support to those who need it.
To raise funds for the cause, the outfit will stage a Midsummer Madness concert on Saturday, August 17, at St Mark’s Church.
Performers will take to the stage for a matinee performance in the afternoon at 2pm before an evening finale at 7pm.
Both performances will be British Sign Language (BSL) interpreted.
A spokesman for Ness said: “Deaf people can appreciate sign language and we want to show people how.
“We also want to share the brilliant talent that exists within our charity – and the great people using our vital services to help overcome the effects of serious sight and hearing loss.
“Our audiences will enjoy a most uplifting concert experience, all while raising money for a great cause.”
