The incident happened around 6am this morning at Bruce House in the Hazlehead area of the city. No one was injured and the flames were extinguished in no time. A spokeswoman said: “We received a call of a fire in a high-rise building at 6am this morning. “The bin-chute was alight and firefighters had the blaze under control and extinguished by 6.32am.”
