Police were called to the St Nicholas Centre’s rooftop garden early on Saturday, following reports of a serious sex attack. Today 20-year-old Daniel Teglas appeared in private at Aberdeen Sheriff Court in connection with the alleged incident. He made no plea or declaration and was remanded in custody. Teglas, from Aberdeen, is scheduled to appear in court again within the next eight days.
