A Stonehaven road which collapsed during flood protection works will partially re-open this morning.
Dunnottar Avenue, which links the town with the A92 road south, has been shut since Friday, July 19.
Part of the stretch near Invercarron Cottage was cordoned off to allow for repairs, while two neighbouring properties were evacuated as a safety precaution.

The closure left motorists facing a six-mile detour while an investigation was carried out into the cause of the damage.
Aberdeenshire Council confirmed that the road will be re-opened from 7am today, with traffic lights and a one-way convoy system.
Access for pedestrians to cross will be maintained.
