Police are continuing their search for Aberdeen man Keith Roger following a road accident in the north-east.
The 52-year-old was reported missing from the Gordon Street area of Aberdeen. He was last seen at the bus station beside Union Square shopping centre around 1.30pm yesterday.
Concerns are growing for his welfare after a Ford Ka, he had access to, was found on its roof between Monymusk and Kemnay around 5.05am in the morning.
Mr Roger is described as 5’10” in height of medium build and has close cropped grey and white hair which is balding. He was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket, dark jeans and black and white trainers.
Chief Inspector David Howieson stated, “as time passes, concerns naturally increase for the welfare of Mr Roger.
“The new images released show him in Aberdeen on Friday afternoon and I would ask anyone who has seen him or has any information about his whereabouts to contact police.”
A Coastguard helicopter was also drafted in to the search. The aircraft, that was sent from Prestwick, was used for more than two hours but was unsuccessful in locating the man.
