Emergency crews were called to a fire at a former Aberdeen school this evening.
Two appliances from Altens were sent to the disused Torry Academy building on Tullos Circle at around 5pm, following reports of a fire at the rear of the property.
They left the scene just after 7pm.
Police were also called out to the derelict building, having been told that a group of youths had been smashing windows.
Officers arrived just before 4.30pm
A police spokesman said: “There were reports of youths smashing windows, but nobody has been traced.
“As it’s a derelict building it’s unclear if there was any damage.”
