A man has been jailed for 12 months for drug offences.
Alastair Garden, of Academy Road in Fraserburgh, appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court yesterday having previously pled guilty to being concerned in the supply of heroin and cocaine.
He was caught during a police clampdown on crime in the north-east by undercover officers pretending to be drug users.
Garden, 45, admitted selling the drugs between June 28 and August 29 last year at various locations in Fraserburgh.
Sheriff Morag McLaughlin heard he was now working in a charity shop and had renounced the drugs trade but dismissed his plea for a non-custodial sentence.
