Peterhead councillor Alan Buchan has been selected as the prospective parliamentary candidate for Banff and Buchan by the Brexit Party
Peterhead councillor Alan Buchan has been chosen as the Brexit Party’s prospective candidate for Banff and Buchan.
Born in the north-east and brought up in Peterhead, Mr Buchan has spent the last 12 years as an independent Aberdeenshire councillor for Peterhead North and Rattray.
He said: “The foremost policy of the Brexit Party is to uphold the democratic will of the people of the UK who voted for a complete and clean break from the EU.”
