An Aberdeen-born sprinting star returned home to lead 680 primary school children in a massive fun run.
The event was organised by Go Run For Fun, in partnership with Active Schools, and was held at Sheddocksley Sports Centre.
Miss Clark, 400 metre athlete and part of the British 4 × 400 relay team, won a silver medal at the 2017 World Championships.
She was a special guest at the running event, leading pupils through a fun warm up routine, setting them off at the start line and congratulating them at the end.
The athlete said: “I think events like this are so important to give kids opportunities to try new things. The events show kids how enjoyable physical activities can be and gives them experience working towards a goal.
“There are so many types of activities out there and it’s all about finding the right ones that make you feel good.”
