A Banffshire and Buchan MSP has voiced his support for a docu-art installation at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary designed to boost organ donation and urging his constituents to sign up.
Stewart Stevenson praised the launch of the memorial to donors at ARI in the form of a documentary featuring donor families and those whose lives have changed after receiving a transplant.
Although the law on organ donation is changing in Scotland, Mr Stevenson is still urging people willing to donate to add their names to the register.
He said: “This is an innovative way to get the message across to the public how important organ donation is whilst commemorating those who became organ donors.”
