The annual fish-themed day will take place on Saturday from 10am-4pm in the town centre. One of the groups getting involved this year is the Scottish Maritime Academy, who will throw open their doors at the Lido between 11am-2pm. Inside will be a virtual experience where aspiring mariners can take control of vessels using the Transas full bridge marine simulator. A free half-hourly shuttle bus service will be operating on the day from the Lido car park in a bid to help people avoid the closed roads. Starting on Friday, there will be various closures in place, with Broad Street North and Chapel Street will be closed from 6pm. Broad Street South, Queen Street, Back Gate, Back Street and Errol Street will shut from 6am on Saturday. All closures will be lifted as soon as possible following the festival.
