In addition to alcohol and drugs, the event will also raise awareness of the risks posed by social media bullying and addiction to mobile phones. The free meeting will be held at the Hillview Community Church in Cults on Tuesday, from 7-9pm. Participants will include NHS Grampian, Police Scotland and the city council. Lower Deeside councillor Marie Boulton has urged members of the community to attend. She said: “People from other generations can sometimes not understand some of the risks associated with the likes of social media. “I hope anyone interested comes along and takes part.”
