Members of the public will get the chance to view the plans for Peterhead Care Village next week.
The multi-million-pound facility will include a 60-bed care home, a community centre for day service provisions and eight supported accommodation bungalows in the Kinmundy area of the town.
On Wednesday September 25, a public drop-in will be held at Buchan House to give people the chance to find out more abut the project.
Information will also be available about the council’s health and social care masterplan for Peterhead.
Mark Simpson, Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership manager for north Aberdeenshire, said: “This event will be an opportunity for people in Peterhead to come along and find out more about the new care village and the services that we will be able to provide from there.
“Many members of the local team will be on hand to answer any questions that that anyone might have about our masterplan for the provision of health and social care in the Blue Toon.”
The session will run from 3pm-7pm.
