A by-election date of the vacant Torry/Ferryhill seat has been agreed by Aberdeen City Council.
The vote will be held on Thursday 21 November following the resignation of Councillor Catriona Mackenzie.
The Notice of Election will be published on Monday 14 October 2019. Nomination papers can be delivered from the day after publication of the Notice of Election until Monday 21 October on weekdays between 10am and 4pm.
Aberdeen City Council comprises 45 council seats across 13 wards. Torry/Ferryhill is represented by four elected members, with Councillor Yvonne Allan, Councillor Christian Allard and Councillor Alan Donnelly continuing to serve.
