Eight pubs across the city and Aberdeenshire make up the trail, with a bus regularly taking participants between each venue. People can hop on and off the bus all day as the service runs from 11am – 10pm. Organiser Shelly Barratt said: “We do the trail to take people to pubs they can’t get to with public transport. “We’ve chosen pubs you wouldn’t normally go to, to try their ales in hospitality. We’re doing so in the hope that people will go back.” Pubs participating are Fierce Bar, The Globe Inn, The Dutch Mill, Fourmile House, The Bieldside, Newton Arms, The Neuk and Cove Bay Hotel.
