Plans have been submitted for 80 new homes on the outskirts of Aberdeen.
Cala Homes has applied to build the new units, parking spaces and other infrastructure, at the SRUC campus on the Craibstone estate outside of Aberdeen.
The new phase of homes comes as part of an ambitious masterplan for the estate, with Cala ultimately wanting to build 700 units.
Some are already completed with the first residents moving in in March.
The current use of the land where the 80 homes is planned is green field containing a small number of agricultural buildings used by the SRUC.
Planning documents state that Cala have already been in discussions with the city council over the latest tranche of housing on the site.
The overall size of the site for the 80 homes would be over 10 hectares.
The SRUC is an agricultural training college, with Craibstone a major site.
