A 31-year-old man has been charged in connection with alleged drug offences following the recovery of cannabis resin from an Aberdeen property.
The drugs, seized in the Countesswells Park Avenue area of the city yesterday, were estimated to have a street value of £29,000.
The man is expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court today.
Local officers also recovered almost £24,000 in cash from the property following further inquires.
Detective Sergeant Scott Mackay said: “This is a significant recovery of illegal substances that were bound for our local communities.”
