Organisers of the Christmas Village have revealed how they plan to tee-off the festive spirit in style.
Aberdeen Inspired, the city council and Codona’s will bring the street market and fairground to Broad Street and Upperkirkgate later next month.
Now they have revealed that alongside the usual skating rink, revellers will be able to aim for a Noel in One during a round of festive mini golf.
The Christmas market has been extended this year, and will be open from November 21 to December 31.
Alfred Codona said: “This year we are pleased to introduce Christmas crazy golf with nine festive themed holes, which will be great fun for visitors of all ages.
“With a selection of food and drink stalls, and an even larger market in the Marischal College Quad, showcasing local companies and their products, we look forward to welcoming visitors from the entire north-east and across the country.”
Adrian Watson, chief executive of Aberdeen Inspired, said: “Our team has been working hard alongside our partners at Aberdeen City Council and Codona’s in planning the event and the Christmas countdown is on.”
Thrill seekers will enjoy the return of the Blizzard standing at over 150ft high, along with the popular Freak Out and Miami rides.
Another new addition this year is a balloon ride.
