Police have closed a north-east road following a two-vehicle collision this evening.
Emergency services have been called to attend the incident on the A947 Oldmeldrum to Fyvie road.
The crash happened two-miles north of Oldmeldrum just after 7.45pm this evening.
A statement by police said the crash is “serious”.
Emergency services remain at the scene and the road is closed in both directions.
A spokesman added: “There is one man with serious injuries.
“But we have no further information at this time.”

Officers were called around 7.45pm on Wednesday 6 November, 2019 following a two vehicle RTC on the A947, approximately two miles North of Old Meldrum. Emergency services remain at the scene and road is closed in both directions.
