Emergency services were called to a car fire on the A96. The alarm was raised just before 3pm and two appliances headed to the scene at Auchmill Road between Aberdeen and Inverurie. A police spokesman said: “The fire is not currently being treated as suspicious and no-one was injured due to the incident.” A fire spokesman said crews extinguished the blaze.
