Marywell Healthcare Centre has been closed due to flooding.
The practice will now be shut until the new year with all patients being transferred to other services while repairs are carried out.
Aberdeen City Health & Social Care Partnership chief officer Sandra Ross said:”From tomorrow, Marywell’s services will be provided at the Timmermarket Clinic on East North Street.
“The partnership’s business continuity plan ensured that Marywell’s primary care services were seamlessly transferred, initially to the Whinhill medical practice, as soon as we became aware of the flooding damage.
“We would like to pay tribute to the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, whose rapid response in attending the scene helped greatly in minimising the damage.
“The cause of the flooding is being investigated.”
