Emergency services attended the incident at the Broomhill roundabout near Kintore just before 9.55am. Police say two people were checked over by ambulance crew. Police alongside fire crews from Inverurie made the vehicle safe before leaving the scene. A spokeswoman said: “We received a call of a one-vehicle collision at the Broomhill roundabout on the A96 around at 9.54am. “Two fire appliances from the Inverurie station attended the scene making the vehicle safe before leaving. “Two casualties were removed from the vehicle and taken care by the ambulance service.” The crash caused delays on the southbound lane of the A96 heading towards Aberdeen and on the B987. The road has now reopened.
