Rachel McKinney was last seen boarding a bus from Perth to Dundee on December 9. Police have now traced the 33-year-old and thanked those involved in sharing information. A statement said: “We are very pleased to confirm that missing person Rachel McKinney has been traced safe and well this afternoon. “Thanks to everyone who shared and retweeted our appeals for information, and to all who contacted us. Your help is hugely appreciated.”
