The most popular names given to babies in Scotland this year have been revealed.
Jack holds onto the top spot once again, with 5,398 baby boys being given the name in the past 10 years.
This year, the name gained another 423.
It’s a similar story for girls too – Olivia remains a favourite with parents in Scotland, coming first again for the fourth year in a row.
More than 300 babies in Scotland were named Olivia this year alone.

Peaky Blinders-inspired names have grown in popularity in the past year. Arthur has jumped 20 places up the ranking while Tommy has moved up 41 places.
And Louie is the boy’s name that has risen through the ranks the most, jumping 47 places.
