Police were called to the scene near Aberdeen Sports Village. Emergency services were called at around 4.40pm to attend the incident. Paramedics are currently treating the man at the scene. The extent of any injuries he may have suffered are as yet unknown. Traffic all along the busy city centre road has ground to a halt.
