Emergency services have been called to assist in a two-vehicle crash in Aberdeen.
The incident happened on Great Northern Road this evening just after 7pm.
Police have closed the road as a measure to deal with the ongoing incident.
The road has been closed at its junction to the A90 at the Haudagain roundabout.
A police spokesman said: “An injured man has been taken to hospital.
“The road remains closed.”
Ambulance and the fire service have also been called to attend.
A spokeswoman for the fire service said: “We were called at 7.27pm.
“We are now away from the scene as of 8.11pm.
“The incident is now in the hands of the police.”
ROAD CLOSURE. A96 Great Northern Road, Aberdeen at it's junctions to A90 at Haudagain roundabout and A978 Academy roundabout due to a road traffic collision. Police are on scene. Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
